🧑🦽 Disability Support Worker (Casual)
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Disability Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals living with disability and/or psychosocial disability. You’ll work one-on-one with clients to support their goals, independence, and overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with daily living tasks (personal care, meal prep, cleaning)
- Supporting community access and social participation
- Assisting with appointments, shopping, and transport
- Implementing support plans and documenting progress
- Building meaningful, respectful relationships with clients
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for supporting others
- Relevant qualifications or experience in disability or community services (preferred but not essential)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle with insurance
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be available between 7am - 6pm weekdays and alternating weekends between 8am - 4pm
🧼 Cleaner (Casual)
We’re also looking for a casual Cleaner to assist with domestic and commercial cleaning tasks across client homes and support environments. Attention to detail and reliability are key to maintaining the safe, hygienic spaces that our clients deserve.
Key Responsibilities:
- General home cleaning (floors, surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms)
- Ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming space for clients
- Following cleaning schedules and procedures
Requirements:
- Experience in domestic or commercial cleaning
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- A positive attitude and high standards of cleanliness
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Can be tailored to fit in school hours if required.
