We’re growing and looking for reliable, down-to-earth people to join our casual team.
About the Role
You’ll provide personalised, strengths-based support to people living with disability, helping them build independence, stay connected, and live the life they choose.
What you’ll be doing
• Supporting daily living (personal care, meal prep, light domestic tasks)
• Assisting with transport, appointments, and community access
• Building strong, respectful relationships with participants
• Supporting participants to work towards their NDIS goals
What we’re looking for
• People who genuinely care and show up consistently
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work a mix of shifts between 7am–8pm
• Availability for at least one weekend per fortnight
What you’ll need
• Experience or qualifications in disability/community services (preferred, not essential)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
