Our Story
AccessLife Support Services was born from a simple idea: that everyone deserves support that’s personal, empowering, and built on real connection.
Founded in 2023 by Marea Ruddy, AccessLife began as a small, grassroots provider in Orange, NSW. With years of experience in the community sector—and a deep passion for helping others—Marea saw the need for more flexible, values-led support in the disability space.
What started around a kitchen table has grown into a trusted team that’s proud to walk alongside individuals and families across the Central West. We’re not a big organisation—and that’s our strength. We’re local, we’re responsive, and we take the time to really get to know the people we support.
Our journey is built on compassion, integrity, community, connection, and progress. These values guide everything we do—because at AccessLife, support isn’t just a service. It’s a relationship.

AccessLife is proudly female-founded and led by people with lived experience of disability, mental health, and the NDIS. We are a disability-led organisation with proud neurodivergent members on our team—because we believe the best support comes from those who truly understand the journey.
