Yes, all of our support workers are carefully selected, trained, and hold relevant qualifications for their roles. Many have certifications such as Certificate III or IV in Disability, Mental Health, or Community Services.

We also ensure our team members have up-to-date police checks, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid and CPR training, and participate in ongoing professional development.
