Proudly AuDHD (Autistic and ADHD), Marea brings both professional expertise and lived experience to the organisation, helping shape a service that's not just disability-informed, but disability-led.
While AccessLife has grown, you'll still find her answering the phone, meeting with participants and families, out on supports and cheering on the team from behind the scenes. Building genuine relationships with participants, families and staff remains at the heart of everything she does.
Qualifications
- Diploma of Community Services
- Certificate IV in Mental Health
- Diploma of Leadership & Management
- Currently completing a Bachelor of Human Services
