She’s proudly AuDHD (Autistic and ADHD) and brings a unique blend of professional expertise and lived experience to her role - making AccessLife not just disability-informed, but disability-led.

Marea holds a Diploma of Community Services, Cert IV in Mental Health, Diploma of Leadership & Management, and a Bachelor of Human Services. Outside of work, you’ll find her chasing her kids, riding her motorbike, or knee-deep in her veggie garden.

Jess is a compassionate support worker who believes everyone deserves the chance to thrive. With over five years in medical practice, she brings a calm, steady presence and a deep understanding of what genuine care looks like.

She has a special interest in supporting children, particularly in building trust, routine, and confidence through gentle, consistent care. Jess is passionate about providing support that’s respectful, empowering, and grounded in real connection.

A proud mum of three, she spends her downtime with her family and their giant, loveable dog.

Dakota is a passionate support worker with nearly five years of experience - and a special knack for working with children living with disability. Her calm, playful approach helps kids feel safe, seen, and empowered to grow at their own pace. Whether it’s building routine, encouraging independence, or finding the fun in everyday moments, Dakota shows up with care and consistency every time.

She also leads AccessLife’s community events, bringing her signature energy to everything from craft days to discos. She’s all about connection, inclusion, and creating joyful experiences for everyone.

Originally from the United States, Maddy brings four years of experience as a Support Worker in Orange - along with a lifetime of being deeply in tune with people. With a background in early education and years as a summer camp counsellor, she has a natural gift for building trust, creating calm, and meeting people where they’re at.

Maddy is warm, intuitive, and deeply caring. She’s passionate about helping others achieve their goals and fostering real, positive connections along the way.

Outside of work, you’ll find her exploring nature, creating art, reading, or spending time with animals — often all in the same weekend.

Taylah knows how to get things done - and does it all with heart. Motivated, passionate, and deeply committed to helping people move forward, she brings energy and empathy to everything she does.

Affectionately known as Daz. A kind, hard-working bloke who takes pride in getting the job done right. With over 20 years of experience across a range of industries, he specialises in gardening, landscaping, and home renovations - bringing reliability, know-how, and a friendly face to every visit.

Whether it’s yard maintenance or odd jobs, Daz is your go-to. He’s passionate about keeping outdoor spaces safe, functional, and looking their best.

When he’s not on the tools, you’ll find him in the garden or pottering around the house - always happiest with his hands busy and the sun on his back.

Shernell is a highly experienced disability and mental health support worker who brings a direct, action-oriented approach to her role. With a strong background in community care, she’s known for her problem-solving skills and ability to get things done - especially when the pressure’s on.
