Part Time Disability Support Worker | Orange, NSW
60 hours per fortnight

As our team grows, we’re looking for caring, reliable, and motivated individuals to join us as Part Time Disability Support Workers.
About the Role:
You’ll be providing personalised, strengths-based support to people living with disability, helping them achieve their goals and participate in everyday life with more independence and joy.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting daily living activities (personal care, meal prep, cleaning)
- Assisting with transport, appointments, and community access
- Building strong, respectful relationships with clients
- Helping participants work towards their NDIS goals
Expectations:
- A genuine passion for helping others
- A fun, friendly attitude and a team player
- You’ll need to be available for at least one weekend per fortnight and able to work a mix of shifts rostered between 7am and 8pm.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience or qualifications in disability/community services (preferred, not essential)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle
