I have dedicated my decade long career in the Disability Sector to making a positive impact in the field of Disability Support. It is my goal to provide life-changing support and care that can empower people to take maximum control of their own lives. I am passionate about providing support to help people feel independent, confident and a part of their community.

I hold a Diploma of Community Services, Cert IV in Mental Health, Diploma in Leadership & Management and a Bachelor of Human Services.

When I'm not working I also enjoy spending time with my family, riding my motorbike and getting out into the community at whatever events we have going on locally. In my down time I enjoy spending time in my veggie garden and doing projects around the house.

I’ve worked as a DSW for 4 years. I am incredibly passionate about providing person centred supports and individualised care to everyone I work with. I love making a difference in my clients lives, and providing them with a caring and safe environment to thrive. Being a support worker has shown me that every day is different, and you can really make a change in someone’s day with a smile on your face! 

I have a Certificate III in disability.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, cuddling my dogs and cooking up a storm in the kitchen! 

 With 16 years of experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds including children, the elderly, and people with disabilities, I bring a wealth of expertise to the team. My genuine passion for helping people and making a positive difference in their lives drives me every day.

I have New Zealand qualifications in support work and am looking forward to getting Australian qualifications in Support work.

I have been living in Australia with my family since 2023, and we are loving all the new experiences Australia is offering us. We enjoy getting out on the weekend just exploring. Of course, I can't forget our two beautiful German Shepherds Toby and Tulip who made the big move with us all the way from New Zealandmy self and family are big Animals lovers.

With 4 years of experience as a support worker here in Orange Im excited to be part of the ALSS team. 

I'm originally from the United States, I studied early education and worked as a summer camp counsellor before finding my way to this incredible community.

The most rewarding part of my work is being able to support people in reaching their goals and creating positive connections. I’m passionate about meeting new people, lending a hand wherever needed, and always up for trying something new! 

Outside of work, I love spending time in nature, enjoying art, reading, and spending time with animals.

  I have been working as a disability support worker for 2. I am passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of the people I support, bringing joy to their days, and helping them achieve their goals. 

I'm currently exploring the opportunity to further my skills by studying for my Certificate III in Disability. 

Outside of work, I’m a dedicated mum of two. We love spending quality time together, enjoying family activities at local parks or relaxing at home. 

I am dedicated to providing compassionate care and creating a warm, positive environment for our clients to thrive. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a smile on someone’s face and knowing I’ve made a positive impact in their life.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and our beloved dog. I also cherish time with my family. I love exploring new places on holidays and am always on the lookout for hidden gems to visit and enjoy.

I’ve been working as a cleaner and disability support worker for over 20 years, and I’m passionate about helping others. 

There’s nothing quite like the look on someone’s face when their house is nice, clean, and fresh. It’s so rewarding to create a space where people feel comfortable and at ease. I also love spending time with participants, ensuring they have the support they need and making their day a little brighter. 

My work is all about making a positive difference and bringing a sense of care and comfort to the people I support.

With over eight years of experience as a Disability Support Worker, I am passionate about empowering individuals to become the best versions of themselves. I enjoy incorporating music and sensory therapy into my work and take pride in building strong, positive connections with those I support. This role has taught me the value of patience and the importance of appreciating the small moments in life.

I hold a Certificate IV in Community Services. 

In my spare time, I love playing video games, singing, playing guitar, and spending time with family and friends.

With over eight years of experience in the community services sector, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to reach their full potential while promoting independence, dignity, and ability. 

My role is centered on building strong relationships, understanding unique needs, and advocating for the rights of those I support.

I am passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients by ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and happy. It’s incredibly rewarding to know I’ve helped clients and their families with the support they need to thrive.

I’m currently working towards my Certificate III in Community Services. 

 In my free time, I love spending time with my large extended family and friends. I’m also a busy parent with two wonderful kids, a dog, and a cat. For fun and fitness, I enjoy playing touch football and league tag.
